Chili Williams, YANK Pin Up Girl for 17 March 1944 Down Under Edition. Chili was a Hollywood actress and model. She made about 20 movies from 1944 to 1952. She was known as the "The Polka Dot Girl" from these WWII pin ups.
She was about 22 when this picture was taken. Chili Williams died in 2003.
